At the Foot Care Centre and Beauty, we aim to provide safe and professional footcare and beauty experience.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree with the following information.
Important Information
- Sometimes treatments can cause slight discomfort or sensitivity, but these sensations go away quickly.
- There is a small risk of irritation or infection, particularly if aftercare advice is not followed.
- Healing may take longer if you have underlying conditions such as diabetes or circulation problems.
- Our practitioners will always act in your best interests and may advise postponing or declining treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.
Alternatives
- You always have the option not to proceed with treatment.
- We may recommend referral to a GP or specialist if your condition requires medical attention.
Your Responsibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, allergies, and any medications.
- You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided during your appointment.
- You understand that you can stop or refuse treatment at any time.
Appointment Attendance
We respect your time and ours, and we ask for the same in return to ensure smooth service for all clients.- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment.
- Only the client receiving the service may be present in the treatment area unless otherwise agreed with the practitioner.
- For clients under 18, a parent or guardian may accompany the child when required.
- We strive to maintain a calm and safe environment for all visitors.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and service may be declined.
Clients under 18 years old
Our services may be provided to clients under the age of 18 only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.- The form must be completed for the person receiving the service (the client).
- If the client is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the form on their behalf.
- We may request that the parent or guardian be present at the appointment.
Additional Information for Plasma / Fibroblast Treatments
Plasma fibroblast treatments involve tightening the skin by creating small controlled injuries on the surface. While effective for cosmetic results, they carry additional risks and require careful aftercare.- Not suitable if: you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, over 75, have healing disorders, pacemakers/implants, recent Botox/fillers/laser, or history of keloid scarring.
- Possible effects: redness, swelling, scabbing, tenderness, skin color changes. Rare risks include scarring or pigmentation changes, especially if aftercare is not followed.
- Aftercare: no makeup or creams unless advised, avoid sun, apply SPF 50 daily, follow all clinic aftercare instructions closely.
- Results: multiple sessions may be needed; outcomes vary and are not equal to surgical results.

- Your information will be used only for providing care and managing appointments.
