Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At our foot care centre, we strive to provide the best possible service experience. We understand that plans can change or that you may need to cancel your booking. This policy is designed to protect the interests of our valued customers and our business. Please review this refund and cancellation policy below before making any transaction such as a reservation or purchase.

Payment Process

All services must be paid for in advance. Clients are required to pay the full amount at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway, powered by Stripe. Clients cannot book service appointments more than 21 days in advance.

Booking Policy

  1. Minimum Booking Time:
    • Clients must book their appointments at least 12 hours in advance.
    • If you need to book an appointment for the same day, please call us at +353 87 467 9559 to check for availability.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Minimum Cancellation Time:

    • Clients must cancel their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the appointment, a full refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Cancellation Procedure:

    • Clients can cancel their appointments through their account on our website or by contacting us at olena@footcarecentre.ie or +353 87 467 9559.
  4. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Your booking may also be canceled by the Company in compulsory situations such as unforeseen circumstances, force majeure situations, natural disasters, suspected fraudulent activity, etc. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Minimum Rescheduling Time:

    • Clients must reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
  2. Rescheduling Procedure:

    • Clients can reschedule their appointments through their account on our website or by contacting us at olena@footcarecentre.ie or +353 87 467 9559.
    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be accepted, and clients will need to book a new appointment.

Refund Process

  1. Processing Time:

    • Refunds are processed automatically by our support team upon eligible cancellation.
    • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in the client’s account, depending on the bank or card issuer.
  2. Method of Refund:

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
    • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late rescheduling requests.
